Lesson plans in the standard 4-class teen meditation course include the Mind-Body Connection, Physiology / Science Behind Meditation, Development of the Teenage Brain, Meditation as a Form of Prayer, Power of the Subconscious Mind, Visualization and Achievement of Goals, Moral Compass, Health and Nutrition, Stress Response / Relaxation Response, Symptoms and Effects of Stress, Lateral / Creative Thinking Exercises, Respect of Each Other's Personal Path, How We Impact Each Other's Lives, and more.

 

Adult classes follow a similar format but are customized for each group's particular needs. 

Programming can be
customized
for any group.


 Nancy and Joe work with youth groups, schools, church groups,
sports teams and individual athletes, musicians,
first responders, police academy students, and other groups with special requirements.

 


 

 All classes end with a
20-minute guided meditation. 


A class CD, "InnerTeen"
is available for purchase
for those who wish to continue

Organizations are encouraged to contract with The Blessings Foundation llc 
for any class, or series of classes,
then offer them free of charge
to teens.

RECEIVE SPECIAL RATES.

 

 

 

Fees apply to certain group events, seminars, workshops,
and speaking engagements.

 

Basic rate* for classes

is as follows:

 

$100.00 per hour for
the first hour - covers up to
5 participants.
Each additional participant:  $20.00 per person
Each additional hour:  $100.00

 

 

 

* An average 4-hour class with 20 participants runs $700 for the group; 
this averages out to $35 per person for the entire workshop
