Meditation CD

Following many requests that she record
her meditation class, Nancy collaborated
with composer/musician and friend
Scott Oglesbee to produce a special CD
for her students. The result of this effort
is the meditation CD, "InnerTeen."

A True Labor of Love

Nancy volunteers her time at area juvenile detention facilities several times each month.

Her faith and her passion to help her students continue with their practice
of meditation, led her to offer her students in court-ordered facilities
a free copy of the InnerTeen Meditation CD.

Nancy has offered the free CD to her students since June 2006
and has given away several hundred CD's to date.

This CD, which complements the class, is also available for sale*
at selected locations including The Blessings Foundation
and through www.innerteen.com.

*Proceeds from the sale of this CD help to fund Nancy's "Free CD" program.
